- The HGX series sits within Bock's semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor range, alongside the HG (for conventional refrigerants) and HA (air-cooled for low-temperature applications) series. Newer, more efficient HGX44e and HGX56e series have been introduced to replace the HGX4 and HGX5 series, and partially the HGX6 series.
