Did you know
- Dr. Sthamer has been developing and manufacturing firefighting foams since the 1920s, with the STHAMEX-AFFF series being part of their fluorinated AFFF and AR-AFFF product family, which utilizes C6 carbon chain fluorosurfactants.
- The STHAMEX-AFFF series is a line of synthetic, aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) concentrates within Dr. Sthamer's broader range of firefighting foams, which also includes fluorine-free foams like MOUSSOL FF and STHAMEX Class-A, as well as protein-based foams.
- STHAMEX-AFFF foam concentrates are chosen for their ability to form a self-sealing aqueous film on non-polar hydrocarbons, providing very fast and lasting fire extinguishing results with high burn-back resistance, particularly effective on large-scale liquid fires.
| Model | Concentration | Freeze Point | Shelf Life | Foam Expansion (Low) |
