- Allweiler has a long history in pump manufacturing, dating back to 1860 with the invention of the fire-fighting wing pump. The SPF series is a three-screw pump, a design that is one of the oldest and most useful pump designs.
- The SPF Series is an Allweiler three-screw pump, a category that also includes the SNA and TRILUB® series. While the SPF series is now considered obsolete and has been replaced by the AFI series, the SNA series is designed for lubricating oil applications according to API 676, and the TRILUB® series is ideal for lubrication and hydraulic applications up to 16 bar.
- The SPF Series is a self-priming three-screw pump known for its quiet and virtually pulsation-free operation, making it suitable for transferring fuel oils, lubricating oils, and hydraulic oils without abrasive particles. Its design ensures that all sliding parts are lubricated by the pumped medium, contributing to a long service life.
