- The Grundfos LM and LP series of single-stage, close-coupled, in-line pumps were introduced around June 2011. Grundfos, a Danish company founded in 1945, is a major global pump manufacturer known for its centrifugal, submersible, and circulator pumps.
- The LM Series (In-Line Large) are vertical, single-stage centrifugal pumps, part of Grundfos's in-line pump offerings, which also include the LP series (2-pole standard motor vs. LM's 4-pole). Other Grundfos centrifugal pump families include the close-coupled NB/NBG and long-coupled NK/NKG end-suction pumps, and the TP circulator pumps.
